FTMTA Machinery Show 2019
We are looking forward to officially launching the SAM range of Self-propelled sprayers to the Irish market at this year’s FTMTA Machinery Show at Punchestown on the 7th, 8th and 9th of February.
SAM produce a comprehensive range of self-propelled crop sprayers available in 3000, 3500, 4000, 5500 and 6000 litre capacities. The range is called the Horizon and can be specified exactly to the customer’s needs from a comparatively simple machine to the full bells and whistles auto-steering section control machine. The sprayers are powered by Deutz engines ranging from 180hp to 242hp in the bigger tanked versions. We will be featuring a Horizon 5500 fitted with a 36-metre boom on the stand at the show.
These machines are very well suited to Irish conditions with their permanent hydrostatic four-wheel drive and the ability to build the machine to the your exact specification. As standard, the Horizon range comes with intelligent four-wheel steer, full hydraulic suspension, 24 metre booms (booms up to 40 metres are available), single spray line with triplet nozzles, a clean water rinse tank, stainless steel induction hopper with can wash and hand wash and clothing locker. The full range comes with a “Sprayer specific” panoramic category 4 filtered cab which has all the important features to make it a comfortable and safe environment for the operator. These features include electric and heated mirrors, digital climate control, rear view camera, electric joystick with all major functions at the driver fingertips, lots of storage and a USB charging point.
